In the paper, the comparative clinical results of the intestinal crystallinity (HCS) of the two preparations revealed that the intestinal tract of Orafang was significantly excellent in all compartments such as ascending colon (3.06<3.38), transverse colon (3.25<3.62), descending colon (3.17<3.69), S-phase colon (3.06<3.38) and rectum (3.17<3.69) as a result of comparative clinical trials of the two drugs.

In addition, as a result of the efficacy evaluation, the proportion of patients without bubbles was 94.5% of Orafang and 50% of 2L PEG, which was significantly higher in the Orafang group, and in particular, the willingness to take it (94.5%) was significantly higher than that of 2L PEG (78%).

In conclusion, Orafang showed a high level of intestinal cleansing comparable to 2L PEG in IBD patients, while patient satisfaction was much higher.
